Delete your account & data

OnTheList, published by Medland Solutions, lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

  1. Open OnTheList and go to the Profile screen.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm by tapping Delete.

This permanently and immediately removes your account and data. It cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email support@onthelist.watch from the Google account you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We will action the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your profile — name, email address, profile photo and account identifier;
  • your lists — watchlist, shortlist and "seen" list;
  • your username reservation;
  • any friend requests and friend connections involving you;
  • your sign-in account.

This cannot be undone. We do not keep a personal copy after deletion; routine encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Anonymous, non-identifying diagnostic data that cannot be linked to you may remain.
